The model was developed initially for a Big 4 business who had a need to maintain market share in a number of service lines but realised that traditional methodologies of recruiting single hires had limited impact and was ultimately ineffective. By taking an aggressive approach to the market and utilising our 'Volume Acquisition' model we were successful in attracting and recruiting multiple teams into the business in particular in the areas of M&A, Transfer Pricing, Employee Solutions, International assignment services and Tax.
Typical team numbers successfully recruited for each service line were between 12 and 25, ranging from Partner to manager level. This model has now been effectively utilised in a number of different markets.
